Q: Is your mask approved by the FDA?

 

A: These masks are not FDA-approved. They are not intended for use in a medical or clinical setting. They are not meant to replace medical-grade PPE nor designed to meet the standards recommended by the CDC. They are designed for adult use only. They should NOT be worn by anyone with breathing or respiratory conditions or those unable to remove the mask without assistance. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Q: Can I wear a surgical or N95 mask underneath the mask?

A: The mask has an inner pocket design that allows you to insert a surgical mask or a filter inside the mask. We recommend changing the surgical mask or filter 3-5 days after use. Additionally, the mask is designed to fully cover your face, so we do not recommend wearing the N95 with this mask.

 


Q: How do I clean the mask? Can it be machine wash and dry?

A: We highly recommend hand washing and air drying your mask. It is assembled with a nose bridge and adjustable stoppers that may break or become loose after machine wash. We Suggest washing it before the first wear. 

 

Q: How do you take care of the mask so that it lasts a long time?

A: We highly recommend hand washing the mask with soap and cold water. Also, we recommend air drying it. Do not put it in the dryer. Most importantly do not soak the mask in water. Doing so may encourage bacteria growth and cause a bad odor.  The masks are not designed to be reversible. To ensure longevity of the product, do not fold the moldable nose piece in the reverse direction.

Q: Can I update my order after it has been placed?

A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed changes cannot be made. Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel any orders.
 

 

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: As a health precaution, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the product. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us for cancellations.

 

 

EXCHANGES


Q: Can I exchange my mask for a different color or style after placing an order?

A: Yes. To make a color or style change please contact us up to 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours, we do not make exchanges or cancellations.
